Meeka has big news

Two months have whizzed by since Meeka's book launch and we have several exciting announcements to share from Bluebell Books HQ.

But firstly, I wanted to say another ginormous thank you to everyone who has helped Meeka take flight: the Pozible supporters, online shoppers, bloggers, social media cheer squads, friends and family - you are all amazing.

Thanks to our distributor Dennis Jones and Associates, Meeka can now be found in real bookshops and major online retailers. Here's a snap of Meeka in his natural habitat at Benn's Books in Bentleigh, Victoria.

We are delighted to be signing a contract with the ALC Agency, who will represent Meeka on the international markets. We hope this will result in Meeka being translated into other languages.

We can't wait for Melbourne's Midsumma Carnival on 14 January, when Meeka will be the star of 'Storytime with Dolly Diamond'. Find the fun at the Australia Post stall in the Alexandra Gardens.

A new book is on the way

After self-publishing Meeka, we are delighted to announce that author Suzanne Barton has signed a contract with leading 'traditional' publishing house Hachette for a second picture book. This is a big dream come true. The new book is due out in August 2019.
